heart to heart

Every year more than 10,000 poor Vietnamese children under 16 years of age are in need of life saving surgeries and congenital heart interventions.  ACTIP Corporation’s “Heart to Heart” program pledges a percentage of the firm’s annual profit to Vietnam Television’s "Healthy Hearts for Children", a national charity which helps bring poor children healthy hearts.

Every year the partners at ACTIP Corporation contribute many hours of their time in Juvenile Court to represent needy children in civil and criminal proceedings. Our volunteer legal aid program helps many underserved juveniles and low-income people. Through ACTIP’s Legal Aid program our volunteer lawyers provide a broad scope of pro bono legal assistance and counsel.

Appointed to a five year term in 2009 as General Legal Counsel by the Vietnam Association of Small & Medium Industrial Enterprises (VASMIE), our chairman Mr. Ho Vinh Thinh, leads a group of ACTIP volunteer lawyers who provide VASMIE with pro bono legal counsel in the areas of corporate and intellectual property law.
