Do Thi Tue is expert in all aspects of trademark law on behalf of foreign citizens and enterprises before Vietnam’s National Office of Intellectual Property. Her skill set includes trademark processing, availability and registration searches, clearance, due diligence, licensing, counseling and issuing opinions on pre-filing and post registration proceedings including the renewal and management of trademark portfolios. Her expertise extends to the handling of litigation, responses, appeals, opposition filings and cancellations at the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam. Ms. Tue has extensive experience in matters of Internet domain names and associated copyrights.

Ms. Tue is the Head of ACTIP IP Limited’s International Trademark Department, a post she held for six years with Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants. During her tenure there, she processed thousands of trademark applications and regularly participated in the firm’s trademark litigation.

Ms. Tue obtained a Bachelor of Diplomacy in 2006 from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and is a licensed and registered Patent Attorney in Vietnam as of 2010.
