Vieng Dara forcus his practice on all aspects of Intellectual Property laws in Cambodia. His legal experience and technical knowledge cover a broad spectrum of patent, design, trademark and copyright issues. Dara’s technical expertise has an emphasis on mechanical art. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and settlement of intellectual property rights infringement cases. He also holds excellent experiences in counseling, preparing and prosecuting the trademark application and trademark litigation and infringement. Mr. Dara is the Cambodian patent attorney of ACTIP’s office in Cambodia.

Prior to joining ACTIP Patent Limited as patent agent, Mr. Dara worked 25 years as trademark examiner for Cambodia Trademark Office.
