Ph.D. Pham Phuc Ngoc focuses on patent opinions in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Industries. Ph.D. Ngoc is a Patent Attorney on ACTIP Patent Limited’s Electronics Team.

Prior to joining ACTIP Patent Limited, Ph.D. Ngoc lectured at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in the field of Telecommunications.

Ph.D. Ngoc earned his Bachelors of Engineering and Masters in Electronic Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2007. He was honored with a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2013.
