Nguyen Minh Hoang specializes in patent application and preparation including patent drafting, drawings, searches, analysis, and opinions for various mechanical industries. Mr. Hoang has extensive experience with technologies using precision industrial machinery, auto & motorcycle internal combustion engines, and the business computer software and hardware industries, as well as Internet Commerce. He is a veteran in the litigation and settlement of patent infringement cases. Mr. Hoang is the Manager of ACTIP Patent Limited.

Before joining ACTIP Patent Limited, Mr. Hoang served from 2001-2012 as Partner and the Manager of Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants’ Patent Department, and the same for other IP agent from 1996-2000. Mr. Hoang also worked with a foreign company specialized in manufacturing and assembling motorcycles as an engineer from 1993 to 1996. During this period of his career, he acquired vast amounts of practical experience and hands-on knowledge by handling thousands of applications for patents related to automobile and motorcycle parts, as well as industrial machines and other inventions in similar technologies.

In 2002, Mr. Hoang earned his Master of Science in Economics and Engineering Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Germany, a Master of Arts in Computer Engineering in 2000 from the Computer Business University in the United States of America, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Business Administration from Hanoi National Economics University in 1998.
