Nguyen Kim Duc concentrates his core expertise and experiences in the mechanical arts, construction materials and various construction industries. His practices focus on patent application and preparation including patent drafting, drawings, patent searches, counseling, analysis and patent opinions. Mr. Duc is also experienced in writing, arguing and prosecuting the writing opinions and appeals before the Patent Office.

Prior to joining ACTIP Patent Limited, Mr. Duc has even been a construction engineer and hold a position as a Chief of Division for major national construction project quality management under the State Agency for Construction Quality Inspectation of Ministry of Construction of Vietnam from 1997 to 2012. As a patent attorney of Mechanical Team of ACTIP Patent Limited, he has regularly provided his experienced technical counsels as well as good preparation for patent applications in the mechanical art and the construction industry as well.
